Our multi-day treks in the Austrian Tyrol involves one four day trek in the impressive Wilder Kaiser mountain range, with an additional two days of walking from our base in the valley on either side of the trek. The route crosses over alpine pastures, through forests and alongside towering limestone rock faces.
We have a maximum of eight guests on these holidays and your guide and host for the week is Sally, an Austrian qualified Walking Guide who is originally from the UK. Full-board guest house accommodation is included on four nights and the three nights during the trek are spent in comfortable mountain hut accommodation.

Accommodation
Gasthof Griesenau
- the first two and and last two nights of this holiday are spent in Gasthof Griesenau. This is a traditional family run Tyrolian guest houses based in the valley and providing comfortable accommodation and hearty Austrian meals.
Mountain Huts
- you will spend three consecutive nights in various mountain huts during the trek. Austrian huts are
comfortable and well equiped, where meals and bedding (except sheets) are provided. Hot showers are
also available in most of the huts.
Dates & Prices
In 2010 these holidays will be run on select weeks in the Summer. The price for one week is
£695.00,
plus £60.00 for transfers from Salzburg, if required. This is per person
based on two people sharing. Although we don't charge any single supplements, we ask single
guests to share guest house accommodation with another guest of the same sex.
