Guided, one week hut-to-hut trek, French Alps
Our 4 Peaks graded one weeks treks include five nights spent in mountain huts, with luxury chalet accommodation in Samoëns village on the first and last nights.
La vielle Ferme

The ground floor of the main house consists of a huge double height living area with a stunning central fireplace and a spacious dinning area. There is then two luxurious en-suite double / twin bedrooms, one of which has it's own private balcony, looking out across the valley. Upstairs there is a further two twin rooms, plus a single room, with two bathrooms and a completely separate living area to relax.
(Note: Depending on availability, we may use our other chalet, La Maison de Fifine, for the chalet nights of this trek).
Mountain huts
Although located high up in the mountains (at around 2,000 metres), the mountain huts we use
are manned by staff and include bedding as well as a simple but filling evening meal. Breakfast and some ingredients for our packed lunches are also provided, meaning that you only need to carry a good sized
day pack with you.
The mountain huts provide a comfortable and convivial means of accessing the core of the mountains, and the wildest part of our region, normally out of reach to all but the hardiest of walkers.
