Our 3 Peaks graded chalet based, guided walking holidays are aimed at fit and experienced hill walkers looking for challenging day walks, coupled with the comfort of our lovely catered chalet to return to each evening. You should have a high level of stamina and be capable of walking for long days in mountainous terrain.
These holidays focus on the physical challenge of alpine walking and the satisfaction that comes from reaching the high mountain peaks and ridges of the wonderful Haut Giffre valley in the French Alps, right next door to the Mont Blanc massif.
On these holidays you spend the day exploring this wonderful alpine region with our resident guide and other guests (a typical group size is around eight guests), then return to the comfort of our charming chalet, to relax and share the day's experiences with your fellow guests, while we take care of everything else.
Those looking for less of a physical challenge, with more emphasis on nature and mountain wildlife, may prefer our 2 Peaks graded walking holidays.

Accommodation
La Grande Ourse
- our chalet has five bedrooms, a large dining and lounge area with a fireplace and bar, plus a very inviting hot tub with a view on the balcony!
The chalet accommodates 13 guests with four en-suite bedrooms and a bunk room with a separate bathroom.
Dates & Prices
In 2012/13 we are running these holidays throughout the summer. The price for one
week is £595.00,
plus £60.00 for transfers from Geneva, if required.
This is per person based on two people sharing. Although we don't charge any single supplements,
we may ask single guests to share one of our spacious twin rooms with another guest of
the same sex. Short breaks of four nights are £475.00.
