Below you will find our range of guided and self-guided walking and trekking holidays and you can also find a season calendar here. Our catered holidays are pretty much 'all inclusive' from the moment you arrive until the time you leave, with just one evening meal generally not included.
Walking & trekking holidays, French Alps
Over the years we have developed a selection of holidays in the French Alps to suit all tastes.
There are two options with our guided chalet based holidays. Our 3 Peaks graded holidays are
aimed at fit, regular hill walkers who really want a challenge. Our 2 Peaks graded holidays
focus more on the mountain wildlife and environment. For those looking for more independence
there are our self-guided holidays. The more adventurous may prefer our hybrid treks which offer
a "big mountain" experience, all the while retaining some of the comfort, as three nights are
spent in mountain huts and four in our splendid chalet.
Walking holidays, French Pyrenees
Our Autumn walking holidays in the French Pyrenees are in the mountains, yet close to the Mediterranean, offering a wide range of walks in varying terrain,
from coastal to high mountain. Our base is a lovely converted fruit farm, set in the village of Montferrer in the foothills of the often snow-capped
Mount Canigou. We have alternate 2 and 3 Peaks graded weeks during the Autumn.
Walking & Trekking holidays, Austrian Tyrol
On our Tyrolian holidays, you have the choice of
either our guest house based walking holidays, or
our multi-day trekking holidays, which involves a four day hut-to-hut trek, plus two day walks from the guest house in the valley. Both of these
holidays are set in the breathtaking Wilder Kaiser
mountain range of the Southern Tyrol, which is also known as the Austrian Alps.
Trekking holidays, High Atlas Mountains, Morocco
Our trekking holidays in the Zat Valley of Morocco
proved an instant success with new and past guests
alike. Join us in the Spring or Autumn to explore the little known Zat Valley
and enjoy the hospitality of the local Berber
population. These holidays start and end in Marrakech and the
trek takes six days, with simple gite
accommodation and mule support along the way.
